Halloween Décor Reminder

It’s almost time for tricks, treats and spooky streets!

A friendly reminder that Halloween decorations may only be displayed starting on Wednesday, October 1.

We love to see your creativity shine, but please remember the following:

Be respectful of neighbors by turning off bright or noisy decorations at a reasonable hour.
Keep the “spooky fun” fun for all — without keeping anyone up at night!

We can’t wait to see the neighborhood come alive with pumpkins, ghosts and ghouls this October!

Come out and play Brainwave Trivia, six rounds of general knowledge questions in a pub quiz-style format. Pen and paper only: no Google!

Gather your friends and family to tackle questions on movies, food, sports, history, music and more in this team-based game. Put your brain power to the test and see who wins the bragging rights for being the brainiest of the bunch!

Shake things up with a do-it-yourself Whiskey and Old-Fashioned Cocktail Hour. Get ready to shake, stir and sip
your way through a fun-filled happy hour at our hands-on cocktail crafting class!

Join Tipsy and Tasty Mixologist Ginger and her assistant Persephone for a fun and interactive mixology happy hour where you'll learn to craft the perfect whiskey cocktails, classic old fashions and more! All tools and ingredients provided.

Cost is $25 per person.

Halcon Villas Sealcoating

This week, the streets in Halcon Villas will be seal coated, which will temporarily impact access for residents, guests and vendors.

To help you plan ahead, please review the letter and map that were recently mailed to you.

Kindly notify any tenants, family or friends staying at your property and reschedule any vendors since vehicle access will not be permitted during the closures. Please note that driving on wet sealcoat can cause damage to your vehicle and those responsible may be held financially liable for repairs.

Transponder Installation

Need a transponder? Stop by our GCA Office at 7940 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy #102 to have one installed. Please bring a check or credit card for payment.

Installations occur on the following days and times:

Monday: 8 to 9 a.m.
Tuesday: 2 to 3 p.m.
Wednesday: 9 to 10 a.m.
Thursday: 12 to 1 p.m.
Friday: 8 to 9 a.m.
