Storm Cleanup

The recent storms caused quite a bit of damage throughout the Grayhawk community.  We appreciate your patience as the Association's community landscaper, DLC Resources, continues cleanup efforts. We understand that many homeowners also lost trees and are still working through removal and cleanup. We want to offer a few reminders:

  1. The City of Scottsdale has confirmed that they will be able to pick up any remaining branches or cut up trees that are left out for Brush and Bulk pickup, scheduled in Grayhawk the week of November 3. They did stress, however, that brush piles must adhere to the regular guidelines. Please verify that your brush adheres to those parameters or the City of Scottsdale will not pick up your pile and you will be responsible for removal.
  2. If you did lose a tree during recent storms, please remember that you may have to replace the tree in order to meet the minimum requirements for the community. If you have questions regarding minimum requirements or approve trees, you can reach out to Max at mschwartz@ccmcnet.com.

Talon Retreat Pedestrian Gate

The pedestrian gate at the end of Mohawk Ln. in Peregrine Villas is currently inoperable. The lock mechanism requires replacement, and the gate will remain locked until repairs are completed. We do not yet have an estimated repair date but will update residents once available. Thank you for your patience.
