Foster Alliance Holiday Toy Drive

Foster Alliance is doing the annual Holiday Toy Drive for children in foster care in Arizona. They need toys and gifts for all ages- and we are calling on Grayhawk to help! Items can be dropped off at the GCA Office during regular business hours of Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. You can also visit our Amazon Wish List to order and have items mailed directly to the GCA Office.

Holiday Jingle and Dine

Join us to celebrate the holidays with neighbors and friends on December 4 from 6:30-9:30 p.m. at Toscana Wood Fired Italian. Enjoy a delicious dinner, great music, plenty of laughs, a few fun surprises and raffles! Cost is $30 per person and includes dinner and one drink ticket. Space is limited. Register by December 1. Santa Party

Grab a pair of PJs and join us for an evening of holiday cheer on December 16 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. The event will include gifts, breakfast for dinner and more. Cost is $30 for adults, $20 for kids if registration is received by December 8. Registration after December 8 is $50 for adults and $30 for kids. The last day to register is December 11. Hanukkah Celebration

Residents are invited to enjoy a Hanukkah celebration at the GCA office from 6-8 p.m. on December 18. Enjoy a light meal from JJ’s Deli, drinks and fun activities for the kids. Cost to participate is $5 for kids 3 and up and $10 per adult. Register by December 15. Thanks to David Van Omen with Keller Williams Northeast Realty for sponsoring this event.

GCA Office Hours

The GCA Office will close at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 4 in order for staff to attend a CCMC company-wide function. The office will reopen at 8 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 5. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Holiday Trash Collection Changes

The next City of Scottsdale Brush and Bulk collection will take place in Grayhawk the week of December 8. Items must be placed on your front property line parallel to the street by no later than 5 a.m. on December 8 and should not be placed any earlier than December 5. Visit the City of Scottsdale website for more information on Bulk and Brush pickup guidelines.

Recurring Payment Update

If you are currently enrolled in recurring automatic payments for your Grayhawk Community Association and Retreat Village Association assessments, Western Alliance Bank will automatically update your payment to reflect the 2026 assessment rates.

If you have your account set up to pay the first quarter payment before January 1, 2026 or you are making monthly payments, the bank will not automatically update your account to reflect the 2026 assessment change. In this case, you will need to login to the CCMC Portal and make the adjustment.
