Construction Update

Upcoming Loop 101 (Pima Freeway) Improvement Project road closures impacting Grayhawk include:

North- and southbound Hayden Road will be closed at the Pima Freeway nightly from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. beginning Monday, Sept. 23, through the morning of Friday, Sept. 27, and from 10 p.m. Friday Sept. 27, to 5 a.m. Monday, Sept. 30.

Dispose of Hazardous Waste

Scottsdale residents can properly dispose of household hazardous waste through the City of Scottsdale’s free Home Household Hazardous Waste Collection. Acceptable items include swimming pool chemicals, engine fluids, oil and latex paint, and CFL and Fluorescent Light Bulbs. This service is offered to 200 residents per month on a first-come, first-served basis. Find more information on the City of Scottsdale website.

Paws at the Park

Join Cashman Partners | Russ Lyon Sotheby's and the Grayhawk Community Association for this "pawsome" event on October 20 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Grayhawk Greenbelt. Check out the Doggie D.J., kids fun zone, pup portraits, pup adoptions, ask the Pet Vet, raffles and more! This is a free event, but please RSVP so that we have enough supplies for everyone.

Pumpkin Patch

Throw on a costume and pick out a pumpkin in our patch on October 26 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. in the Monterey Park Greenbelt. Enjoy pumpkin decorating, Deb’s Dragons, face painting and more. DLC Resources will provide hot dogs, and there will be plenty of sno-cones too. Cost is $8 per child if RSVP is received by October 21. There will be NO event day walk-ups for this event.
