Raptor Room Details

Designed in a warm "living room" style, the Raptor Room welcomes guests with decor similar to what you might find in a Grayhawk home. The room is available for both residents and non-residents to rent for social gathering and small meetings. The maximum occupancy is 49 and users can expect to accommodate approximately 24 guests if seating for dining. 

Room Amenities

The Raptor Room contains four wood card tables with a total of 16 chairs, two round glass dining tables with a total of eight chairs and living room furniture. Users will have access to a kitchen, including a microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. 

Food and Alcohol

Users are invited to select the caterer of their choice when renting the Raptor Room. Alternately, users can bring food in themselves. Alcohol is permitted, but residents must present proof of liquor liability insurance naming the Grayhawk Community Association as an additional insured or hire a licensed bartender to serve guests at the event.
