Community Update
At the Grayhawk Community Association and Retreat Village Board meetings held on May 4, the boards discussed a gradual reopening of the Grayhawk community and its amenities. The board members, being mindful of all Grayhawk residents as well as the information outlined by various health and safety organizations, voted for an approach that they felt was best for the well-being of the community. Below is the anticipated reopening scheduled, which is subject to revisions per any changes in federal, state or local guidelines.
Amenities
The tot lots, ramadas and basketball courts in the Park (ungated) portion of the community will reopen on June 1.
The tennis courts in the Retreat (gated) portion of Grayhawk will open on May 15.
The pools in the Retreat (gated) portion of Grayhawk, including Crown Point, will open on June 1.
We encourage residents to adhere to current social distancing guidelines and take preemptive measures such as hand washing and hand sanitizing before, during and after visiting these amenities. If you or your child is showing symptoms of an illness; please refrain from using the GCA common areas at this time.
As a reminder, if you live in a condominium sub-association (Venu, Edge, Encore, Vintage, Village, Avian, Cachet or Tesoro), you will need to contact your management company directly regarding their plan for neighborhood amenities.
Groups and Rentals
The Grayhawk Office will remain closed to groups (canasta, mah jongg, bridge, etc.) and room rentals through June.
Community Events
Our team is continuing to create virtual lifestyle programming during this time as well as plan for future events.
The Grayhawk Office
The Grayhawk Office will remain closed to outside traffic through May. Staff members will continue to work a modified schedule to include working from home.
The office will be open in June by appointment only. This means that if you plan to visit the office you must first call 480-563-9708 or email a staff member listed below to schedule an appointment. Residents should be prepared to wear a face mask if coming into the office for an appointment. It is anticipated that the office will reopen fully on July 1.
