We're calling on all moms, siblings and other family members to help us bring this treasured Grayhawk event into your home this year! Get the girls and their dads dressed up, clear the dance floor and join us on Feb. 20 from 6-7 for our first ever virtual Daddy Daughter Dance. We will be providing a ‘Dance in a bag’ full of goodies to help decorate your own living rooms and have a live DJ playing your favorite dance tunes via Zoom. We will still be raffling off tons of great baskets for both the girls and the dads! Cost to participate is $5 per child. Register by Feb. 16 to reserve your spot! Your ‘Dance in a bag’ will be delivered Thursday and Friday prior to the event.

Golf Course Lot LandscapingGrayhawk Golf Club has developed a program to assist golf course homeowners with maintaining the desert landscaping between their home and the golf course, which is golf course property. Where possible, Grayhawk Golf Club will help to maintain the desert material in that area. Find a list of their services and fees on our website.

Vendor HoursAs a reminder, vendors are normally permitted to work Monday through Friday from 7 a.m.-6 p.m., Saturday from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. and Sunday from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. (quiet work only).
On holidays, vendors are able to perform quiet work only from 8 a.m.-3 p.m.

Recreational VehiclesMotorized vehicles (ATVs, go-peds, motorcycles, etc.) are prohibited on Association responsibility areas including greenbelts, walkways, washes, etc. You can find specific details in our Wheeled Recreational Equipment Policy. Also, we are happy to see so many of you out enjoying the weather on bicycles. Please remember to be courteous to pedestrians as you utilize the pathways throughout the community.

Transponder Installation (RVA Only)Installations this week will occur on Monday from 8-9 a.m., Tuesday from 2-3 p.m., Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., Thursday from 12-1 p.m. and Friday from 8-9 a.m. at the GCA office (7940 E Thompson Peak Pkwy #102). Transponders will be installed per the regular schedule, however, there will be modifications as no residents will be coming into the office. If you would like to have a transponder installed please follow the steps below: 1. Complete the online transponder installation form 2. Come to the office during the schedule time in the vehicle you are having the transponder installed on 3. Park in front of the office and stay in your car 4. A staff member will come out to install your transponder
We are no longer accepting cash for transponders. Please bring a check or credit card with you when you have a transponder installed.
