Welcome Michelle Sacco

We are pleased to introduce Michelle Sacco, the new Executive Director for the Grayhawk Community Association. Michelle, in conjunction with the Board of Directors, is responsible for all functions of the Grayhawk and Retreat Village Associations. Read her introduction below and send an email to welcome her to Grayhawk!

Hello everyone!

I’m truly excited to join the Grayhawk team as your new Executive Director! With nearly 19 years of experience in the HOA industry, I bring with me a deep passion for building strong communities and a commitment to excellence in everything I do. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of managing large-scale communities, high-rises, and portfolio properties.  I also served as a regional director, leading a team of portfolio managers and their assistants.

I hold several professional designations—including Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM), Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS), and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM). I began my journey in community management in Las Vegas, where I still maintain my Supervising Community Association Managers License. For the past four years, Arizona has been my home, and I absolutely love it here.

When I’m not working, I enjoy relaxing with my two cats, spending time with my brother and sister-in-law, hosting BBQs, and experimenting with new recipes. I’m also passionate about cooking, baking, wine tasting, crafting, and DIY projects.

I look forward to meeting each of you and getting to know the people who make this community so special. Please don’t hesitate to stop by the office and say hello!
