All realtors requesting access to the Retreat Village must be registered with the Grayhawk Community Association. You can register by completing the registration form (PDF) and returning it, along with a business card and a copy of your driver's license, to the GCA Office.
Open houses may be conducted within the community between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.
Only one Open House sign may be placed on an owner's property during open house hours. Agent Open House signs are not permitted on Association common area. Only authorized Grayhawk Open House signs are permitted on association common areas, including sidewalks adjacent to association common areas. These signs can be purchased for $100 at the Grayhawk Community Association office at 7940 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy., Ste. 102. Signs can be purchased Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Owners/agents may leave a flyer with directions to the open house with the gate attendant. These flyers will be distributed to anyone who inquires about the open house. It is the responsibility of the owner/agent to assure that there are an adequate number of flyers available to be distributed that day. Realtor Tours consist of 10 or more vehicles entering the gates on the same day for one listing or multiple listing. Tours must pre-approved by Grayhawk Community Association management. Contact Stacey Harvey by emailing Stacey Harvey or calling 480-563-9708 for more information.
