Current Assessment Rates

For a broad view of Grayhawk Community Association, Retreat Village Association and condominium assessment rates, you can view this assessment breakdown. To get a more detailed view of assessments in each neighborhood, you can view the current schedule of assessments.

To access your account and view your balance, please log on to your CCMC Resident Portal

Payment Schedule

All Grayhawk Community Association and Retreat Village Association assessments are billed quarterly and are due:

  • January 1
  • April 1
  • July 1
  • October 1

Payments are considered late if they have not processed by the 30th of the month. 

Electronic Statements

Sign up for eStatements to eliminate paper and help save the Association money! A unique link to sign up for eStatements is found on your paper bill under the amount due. This link can be used to enroll in eStatements. View an example here.

If you have a technical issue making an online payment, you can contact Alliance Association Bank at (844) 739-2331.

Set up an account by clicking link above. Set up your account to retain payment history and schedule payments. 

When paying online, you will need the information below:
Management Company ID:  6675
Association ID:  360
Account Number:  Your account number can be found on your most recent statement, or by calling the GCA Office at 480-563-9708.

To establish a recurring payment, please click the link above. Under New Users, choose Setup Account and follow the prompts as directed. There are no fees for this option.

You may also make one-time debit/credit card or e-check payments. Please note a fee applies for one-time e-check and debit/credit card payments.
