Adopt-A-Road Clean Up
Full Description
Calling all volunteers! In an effort to keep our community beautiful, we are looking for volunteers to help us on this Earth Day. The City of Scottsdale will provide all volunteers with gloves, trash bags, safety vests, and cold waters. Meet in the GCA office at 8 a.m. to receive instruction, and then we will start walking the trails along Hayden Road north of Thompson Peak Parkway. The walk will be approximately 1 mile each direction, a little over two miles in total after both sides of the road are cleaned. All volunteers 17 years of age and under must come with a guardian. This is a great way to complete community service hours for school.
